What We Are
Waffle Co. Bistro & Bar is a sleek bistro and bar located between London Ontario & St. Thomas. The casual bar features a variety of wines, handcrafted cocktails, and savory bites in a beautiful country setting. This laid-back spot offers the perfect ambiance for enjoying the sights and sounds of live music or just relaxing with friends and family.
The Waffles
After hours of trial & error the creamy waffle batter was mastered, and so, with a dash of inspiration, a dollop of decadence, a spoonful of flavour and a sprinkle of love, the we had created the most delicious “crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside” waffle you could ever bite into.
With over twenty toppings to choose from, you can make your waffle the way you want and walk away while eating it on a pop stick.
Our Journey thus far...
We started as a small little food truck which quickly turned into a full restaurant.. (Don’t ask us how, because we don’t even know!) We then decided to move to bigger and better location planning to be a grab and go place.. little did we know within 6 months we would be a full service sit down restaurant with a much larger menu and fully licensed Bistro & Bar. Even now, we are still just getting started and excited for Summer of 2023! Our new location is open in a beautiful country setting with a fully stocked kitchen, bar & patio just waiting for you!!
